BIOTHANE TYPE:

Standard- Great for any adult dog (especially pullers) or puppies with 11" Neck or more. The Standard material is light and flexible. It is strong and comes in a wide range of color options.

COLOURS:
Please make sure your brightness is all the way up when looking at the colours/photos.
COLOURS MAY VARY slightly IN PERSON versus in the picture as brightness/screen pixels play a role on what the colour looks like.

Please refer to our how to measure guide in the images to get the correct size for your dog.

Due to all items being handmade sizing may vary slightly. If your dog is in between sizes or close to the end of one size please size up.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Soap with tap water and a light scrub will have your Leash looking good as new! If any staining occurs all you need is a bit of tooth paste or baking soda and a scrub to clean it up. Please ensure you dry off the collar after it gets wet OR after cleaning.

PLEASE NOTE: Just like any leash or collar made of other materials (cotton/webbing, leather, etc) Biothane is NOT chew proof. Please make sure you are keeping your leash in a safe place when not in use and do not leave your dog unattended with the leash attached.

TIME FRAME:
We strive to have a quick turn around time. Our Typical Turn around time is 7-14 Days from the date of order to the item being shipped. If this will differ due to materials needing to be delivered, illness, etc. we will be in contact with you. If you need your order rushed please send us an email and we would be happy to do our best to work with you.

SAFETY:
Durability and Safety are our top priority at Nalas Secret Closet. We use authentic Biothane from Biothane USA to ensure our material is reliable and durable. We thoroughly tested our hardware from multiple suppliers for all of our products before choosing our current supplier. Our collars and leashes are made with ruff play in mind, and can withstand a good beating. But to be extra cautious with the safety of your best friend, please inspect your equipment regularly for any signs of wear and tear. Nalas Secret Closet cannot be held liable for any injuries resulting from the improper usage of products (this includes weakening or breakage of the biothane due to chewing of the leash).

WARRANTY:
Hardware: Even though we test our hardware on every product before it goes out the door we can sometimes still have defective items in our stock. We offer a 3 Month Limited Warrany for any hardware issues beyond normal wear and tear. Hardware is considered Buckles, Rivets, Leash Snaps, O Rings, D Rings, Etc. The warranty date starts on the date of pickup/drop off or the date the items ships.

Biothane: Warranty DOES NOT cover chewing or biting damage that may be caused by pets/animals. Our Leashes and Collars are designed to withstand normal use such as pulling and play but leashes and collars are not chew toys and subsequently should not be used as such.
