Our Horse/Pony Leads are made with dirt and mud in mind to help you and your furriends stay clean and stylish with ease! The Biothane Leads are tough so that they can keep up with whatever you or your horse throws at it. They are also built with safety and ease of use in mind. There is a unique lip at the end of the lead so that you can easily find the end without looking.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Soap with tap water and a light scrub will have your Halter looking good as new! If any staining occurs all you need is a bit of tooth paste or baking soda and a scrub to clean it up. Please make sure to dry well after being wet or cleaning.

TIME FRAME:
We strive to have a quick turn around time. Our Typical Turn around time is 7-14 Days from the date of order to the item being shipped. If this will differ due to materials needing to be delivered, illness, etc. we will be in contact with you. If you need your order rushed please send us an email and we would be happy to do our best to work with you.

SAFETY:
Durability and Safety are our top priority at Nalas Secret Closet. We use authentic Biothane from Biothane USA to ensure our material is reliable and durable. We thoroughly tested our hardware from multiple suppliers for all of our products before choosing our current supplier. Our Biothane Products are made with ruff play in mind, and can withstand a good beating. But to be extra cautious with the safety of your best friend, please inspect your equipment regularly for any signs of wear and tear. Nalas Secret Closet cannot be held liable for any injuries resulting from the improper usage of products (this includes weakening or breakage of the biothane due to repetitive chewing).

WARRANTY:
Hardware: Even though we test our hardware on every product before it goes out the door we can sometimes still have defective items in our stock. We offer a 3 Month Limited Warranty for any hardware issues beyond normal wear and tear. Hardware is considered Buckles, Rivets, Leash Snaps, O Rings, D Rings, Etc. The warranty date starts on the date of pickup/drop off or the date the items ship.

Biothane: Warranty DOES NOT cover chewing or biting damage that may be caused by pets/animals. Our biothane products are designed to withstand normal use such as pulling, play, normal daily use, etc. but are not chew toys and subsequently should not be used as such.
